Welcome to one of the most beautiful communities in Grand Junction.  It’s elevated location gives great views of Grand Junction.  Common areas and front of home landscaping are currently managed by the Manager and the Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors.

Monthly fees for 2025 are $165.00 and are due the first of every month. You can pay dues online by clicking on PAY DUES ONLINE on the menu.
